Ilaria Yakimov is a Geelong-based traditional oil painter who works from life. She is also an Orthodox iconographer.

She has an extensive history as a qualified archaeologist and cartographer.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient World Studies and Art History from The University of Melbourne (2017), a First Class Honours degree in Ancient World Studies from The University of Melbourne (2018) and a Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Science (with Distinction) from RMIT University (2024).
